The SKIV vibration velocity monitoring and measurement equipment is designed for continuous measurement and control of vibration velocity and surface temperature of the object of control both in laboratory and industrial conditions.
The tachometer is designed for non-contact measurement of the rotational speed of the turbine shaft made of chromium-nickel ferromagnetic steels with digital indication, conversion of the rotational speed into a unified DC signal and signaling when a set value is reached.
The device is a four-channel unit for measuring linear movements of parts and components of power equipment.
It allows measuring the following mechanical parameters: thermal expansion of the turbine body; axial displacement of the rotor shaft of steam turbines; change in the axial length of the rotor (relative thermal expansion).

The IP-119 device is designed for non-contact measurement of vibration displacement parameters of the rotor shaft neck of steam turbines or other equipment via four channels simultaneously by spectral analysis, as well as conversion of the vibration displacement value into a unified DC signal, signaling and generating a signal of equipment shutdown when the specified limit value of vibration displacement is reached, jump signaling, information output in digital or graphical form on the LCD indicator of the device.
The device is designed to measure the RMS value of the vibration velocity of the bearings of turbine units in three directions (along three coordinate axes) by spectral analysis, as well as converting the vibration velocity into a unified DC signal, jump alarm, display of the measured parameters in digital or graphical form on the LCD display.
The IP-120 device is also available in explosion-proof design.
The device for measuring and protecting against axial displacement is used for non-contact measurement of the axial displacement of the rotor shaft of steam turbines, turbopump and power supply pumps and turbo blowers, displaying information on the indicator of the device in digital form, converting the displacement value into a unified DC signal, signaling and generating an equipment shutdown signal when the specified displacement limit value is reached.

The device is designed for non-contact measurement of the relative elongation and shortening of the rotor shaft of steam turbines made of chromium-nickel ferromagnetic steels, displaying information on the indicator of the device in digital form, converting the displacement value into a unified DC signal, signaling and generating a shutdown signal when the specified displacement limit value is reached. The original technical solutions and the design of the sensor of the device allow it to be operated in conditions of elevated temperatures (up to 180 ° C). It is used for all types of turbines or similar equipment.
The device is designed to measure and protect against the absolute thermal expansion of turbines or any mechanisms subject to linear changes under thermal loads, output information to the indicator of the device in digital form, convert the displacement value into a unified DC signal, signaling and generating a shutdown signal of the equipment when the specified displacement limit value is reached.
Applicable for all types of machines. It can be used as a servo motor stroke indicator with any linear stroke.
